Yes, it’s still Fat Tuesday and I have a second date.   I decided to go out for Gumbo and a beer with Lisa.  Lisa is a 32 yr old white woman from Garland.   She and I have been chatting for a few days online and decided we wanted to meet.  From her profile she’s 5′9″, blond with grey eyes.  It was her eyes that attracted me to her profile.  Well, by the time we met at Razzoo’s it was 10:45pm and I didn’t realize they closed in 15 minutes.  So we had a beer and I got a bowl of seafood gumbo!  Honestly, conversation was going well and I wasn’t ready to go home, so we decided to go to Nick’s to play pool and a couple drinks.    We stayed at Nicks until 1:30am.  After Nick’s, Lisa didn’t want to drive all the way home, so she stayed at my house.  Originally, she wanted to stay on the sofa, but climbed into my king sized bed.  Lisa is a smuggler and began to snuggle with me.  It was at this time when it became evident that she isn’t comfortable with herself.  We had a discussion on how she ‘wanted’ to have fun with me and how she was trying to live a ‘christian’ life.  I found this to be a major contradiction and turn off, since she just finished drinking beer and doing lemon drop shots at the bar.  The fact was, I could have been more assertive sexually with her and probably had sex with her.  But that isn’t my style at all.  She was trying to explain to me how she thinks that I would some how think of her differently if she had sex with me.  Since, I’m a liberal, I have always felt that consenting adults can do what ever they want with out having to answer to anyone.  Around 3:30am, Lisa decided she needed to go home so she wouldn’t be sexually tempted by me. 

Well, after all of that, I decided that Lisa wasn’t anyone that I would maintain a dating relationship with.  And not because we didn’t have sex, it was because she’s not comfortable with herself.  I’d respect more if she had a clear boundaries in her life.   I appreciate people who have made clear and decisive life choices.
