Sk31 had a crazy week.  She was driving her corvette to a client’s home to drop off a contract, and was hit by a teenager in a truck.  She was taken to the hospital and was given medication.  She was told not to drive for 3 days.  So she’s been stranded at home.  So it has been a couple days since I’ve seen her.  But, I’ve been busy with work and kids, so I wasn’t at her disposal.  She expressed her frustration and then calmed down when I told her I was coming for dinner.  So we decided to go to Chili’s in North Richland Hills.  Now during dinner she was so out of it because of her meds, the server told us to tip with her pain pills.  Anyway, it was a funny evening.  So after I took her back home, I let her know that I wasn’t staying the night.  Of course, she wasn’t happy.  So after I walked her inside, she gave me a kiss and said quietly ‘ I love you’.  I was a bit surprised at the timing, but I knew that she was sincere.  She had surprised herself, with this revelation.  I’m sure the timing of it was a bit odd for her, but it was out of the bag.  Later, she admitted to me, that she’s been in love with me for a few weeks.  This was not surprising to me.  She had been getting very frustrated with me over little things, and couldn’t explain any of her feelings towards me. 

Sk31 has never told her family she is dating a black man.  Since her family has been around after the accident, she wanted to introduce me and let them know she’s loves me.  That didn’t happen, yet. Even though she’s 31 years old, it will still be fireworks  when they find out.
