Monday night I decided to have grab a bite to eat and see PT35.  Once again, I arrived and the bar area was practically empty.  Of course, PT35 greeted me with a big smile.  I love seeing her smile.  She seems to have a cheerful personality.  I’ve been excited about the upcoming date.  I have to be honest, I’ve thought about it several times and spoke to several close friends about it.

Saturday night I decided to stay home and watch movies.  I ended up watching a teen movie out of my dvr, John Tucker Must Die.  This movie was entertaining, but it also reminded me of my high school years.  You could change all the character’s names and the story would be the same.

Thursday evening I hung out with Nigel for a while.  We started at Blue Fish in Dallas.  Of course they have a good happy hour crowd.  It seemed like it was a over 30 crowd .  There were plenty of great looking people there, but it was a bit slow.  I’m thinking the slowing economy has something to do with it.  We spent about a hour having a couple drinks and watching NBA playoff games.

Well, it’s Wednesday, I waited long enough to go see PT35. I decided to go to the restaurant that she works at.  It wasn’t crowded at all. Of course, PT35 came up to me and said hi.  I said hi and told her I wasn’t sure if she remembered seeing me the other night.  The funny part is she claims to remember every bit of it. Wow. I guess it was just one of the uncomfortable hellos.

Monday evening I met CAT48 at Starbucks in Plano.  CAT is a 48yr old woman, 5′4″ tall, auburn hair, brown eyes, and petite.  She was already there when I arrived.  I normally don’t mind dating someone older than me. CAT48 looked her age.  I believe she was 7-10 years older than she claimed.  The one thing that I noticed was her smile.

Now that the weather has been much warmer, the patio is the place to be.  Sunday afternoons are made for the patio at Dukes.  Dukes Original Roadhouse has a large patio, lots of drink specials, music, and women.  If you enjoy Harley’s, Sunday is the day to go.  Usually there is over 200 in the parking lot all day.  I arrived with my friend JJ34.  I haven’t been to Dukes since last summer.  I wasn’t even in the door when I saw a girl I know.  I couldn’t believe it was her.

Saturday night I had plans to meet someone new.  The plan was to meet at Champp’s in Las Colinas to watch the Mavericks game.  KB34 is a 34 year old divorced woman with no kids.  She’s 5′8″ tall, medium length dark blond hair, and piercing green eyes.  She lives in Colleyville and is a huge sports fan.  I knew ahead of time this date would be different.  She already warned me that she isn’t the typical woman.  When she walked to the table she stuck her hand out for a firm hand shake.  Yes, a hand shake.  She’s not into PDA.  (public display of affection)  That doesn’t bother me at all.  I knew KB34 is a basketball junkie.  That makes it so easy to watch the game.  The interesting thing is she has only missed 2 Maverick games in the last 3 years.  I’m a guy and I’ve missed more games than that.  She’s very intelligent and motivated.  I got her to talk about the business she owns and some of her past projects.  During our conversation, I was drawn to her smile and her eyes.  She began to tell me about her limited dating adventures.  She admits that she’s only dated 3 1/2 black men, including me.  The last guy wasn’t even worth counting as a whole date. HAHA!  From her accounts, black men treat her much better than white men.  They aren’t controlling and smothering, she says.  I’m sure she hasn’t met those type of black men yet.  I learned that her relationship views are very similar to mine.  We both have liberal views on sex.  KB34 admits, just because we have sex doesn’t mean that we’re in love.  It doesn’t mean that we’re in a exclusive relationship.  Hopefully, it means we have achieved sexual pleasure with each other.  I asked her if she could describe her perfect relationship, how would it be.  Her answer might shock some people.  She wants to see them socially 4-5 times monthly.  She would love to have sex daily.  She doesn’t mind having sex and then going home.  Currently, she doesn’t want to feel pressure for a commitment.  WHOA!  Is this the female version of me?  Is she writing a blog too?

Saturday afternoon was a beautiful day!  I decided to hang out with my good friend JJ34.  She reads this site sometimes and of course has her own opinions. We decided to go have lunch at Campesi’s in Plano and then go shopping.  We had lunch on the patio.  We always catch up on friends and dating.  She has a question that many of my readers probably have also.  She thinks I could never have a serious relationship when I date several women at the same time.  She says I can’t focus on one woman if I’m having sex with them so quickly.  So I began to explain to her I have needs.  All my needs are not sexual.  I like to have someone to go to dinner with, movies, dancing, playing pool, shopping and etc.  When I find someone who can fill all these needs, I will stop dating all the other women.  It seems very simple, but it’s harder to find someone to do all these things with as you get older.  I will admit my views on sex is different from a lot of people.  I can have earth shattering sex and not be emotionally involved with that woman.  Yes, I love sex.  I crave sex.  I desire sex.  Those desires are not directly connected with my emotional involvement with a woman.  Since JJ34 was my shopping friend today, we decided to go to Grapevine Mills Mall.  I needed to buy a new pair of jeans for my date later Saturday night.  So we shopped at Steve & Barry’s.  I couldn’t resist buying their funny t-shirts.  We ended up arguing over how long it was taking JJ34 to buy shirts for our friends.  I didn’t want to be late for my date.  I had to drive across town to get my car, go home shower and come back across town by 5pm.  So I rescheduled my date for 530 so I would be on time.  That gave us extra time to get Dallas Mavericks shirts.
