Sex in the City is one of the best HBO dramas of all time.  Of course, that’s my opinion.  It’s comes second only because the Soprano’s is #1 on my list.  After years of speculation and waiting the movie is finally here.  Just watching the commercials for the movie reminds me of why I watched this show.  Well when you have a show that involves 2 of my 3 addictions, I start to wonder if I need rehab.

  Yes, I love sex and I love beautiful white women.  If you throw in the mix money…I might pass out from the excitement.  It’s the rare triple shot.  Anyway, I’ve always said this show has every type of woman that exists.  It has the prude romantic dreamer, the insecure redhead, philosphical career woman, and the hard working sex addict.  All of these have their good and bad points.  If I had to choose I’d take the Samatha.  That’s the one who is the sex addict.  Why?  Did I mention she’s a sex addict?  Ok, it’s not all about sex.  She also reflects the Cougar lifestyle I wrote about yesterday on 40’s Singleness.  It’s about her attitude and her confidence.  She knows what she wants and she doesn’t care what people think about her while she’s getting it.  That’s a turn on.  She sweats confidence.  It’s the type of woman that isn’t afraid to tell you it’s not good enough.  It’s the type of woman who isn’t afraid to express herself.  Over all the years of episodes, she is simple.  She’s not complicated.  She’s focused on her appearance so that she can maintain her sex appeal.  I’d rather deal with that over any other emotional bullshyt all the others present.  This movie has all the makings of a great 2 hour extravaganza.  I haven’t seen this movie yet, but I’m sure there will be plenty of women in the theatre.  I plan to follow in the words of Terrel Owens, ‘get my popcorn ready’.   Honestly, how can you go wrong with these 4 women.  Some how they need to have a interracial love scene with Samatha to make my Monday post exciting.
