Saturday I spent part the afternoon working out at Lifetime Fitness.  Lifetime is one of those health clubs that is targeted towards family health.  Most of the gyms only have programs aimed at adults.  Lifetime has a lot of kids activities and summer camps.  So you can imagine how many kids are running out the certain parts of the gym.  I was sitting in one of the lounges, and I noticed two children playing.  There was a little boy showing a little girl a lot of attention.  He was helping …
