If there was ever a time when I wish I was Mike Tyson, today was it.? I heard about this news story?on Friday and I laughed.? In case you haven’t heard, there’s a woman in?Florida that is selling her home for?$340k.? She can’t afford to keep the house?and she doesn’t want to?move out.?
So she decided to?offer her ‘love and companionship” for an additional $500k.
? Bringing the total?asking?price for the home to $840k.? I’m not a real estate mongol, but I will say this is a bad investment. For who?? Mainly for the next man that she expects to pay her bills.? I’m sure there are people?out there who say why not?? I just?say why?? Why has she not worked in several years???Why can’t she find happiness in another home?? And the biggest question is, Why can’t?I be?Mike Tyson?&?rich for?1 month?? Just long enough to put in a certified offer on this home and her.? I want to see?the look on her face when she realized?a black man saved her from being homeless.? Yeah,?I think that would be a funny joke.? I can understand her desire to want to find love aka rich guy, but is this a sincere effort or just a publicity stunt to sell her home.? Time will only tell.? The TV cameras won’t be around when she finds that krazed man who thinks he ‘owns’ her.? Now?I’m a man that loves white women, and let me tell ya?this?woman isn’t worth $500k.? Normally the man pays when the?marriage?is over not upfront.? So i have one piece of advice for Ms?Deven Trabosh, start?looking for a full time job and an apartment.?
