Years ago when people sent love letters they sprayed them with perfume or cologne.? When your beloved opened the letter they would smell the fragrance and it would remind them of you.? This still happens.? Women will smell a man’s pillow, shirt or jacket to remind them of their man.? Choosing the right fragrance can stimulate her endorphins and create a lasting memory.? I usually keep my favorite fragrances a secret.? Women have asked me what I have on and I normally don’t answer.? If you came to my home, you wouldn’t see my favorites out.? I protect the names like liquid gold.? A few days ago I spoke of Mormon Girl sending my birthday gift.? It was a gift set of one of my favorite fragrances that I wear, aka Liquid Sex.? I think men and women you always smell great when dating.? There’s nothing that says sexy to a woman than a good smelling man.

So I will do something I’ve never done before, tell you what I wear.? These can be considered as Liquid Sex when I wear these on any given night.

Very Sexy For Men – This fragrance is sold at Victoria’s Secret and is one of the best thing they have besides the hot models, lingerie and great catalogs.? I’ve never met a woman who didn’t like this fragrance.? It’s a very seductive scent.? I recommend the aftershave and the toilette.? Using the two as a combo, women will stop just to smell you.

Platinum Egoiste – This is one of the best kept secrets.? I chose this because one of my ex’s said it was the best thing ever.? That was 8 years ago.? It doesn’t matter where I go, it still stands out.? Strange women still give me compliments on this fragrance.

Bond 9 (Wall Street) – This is regarded as Liquid Sex.? A boutique owner told me that her friends love this fragrance.? She mentioned how just the smell of Bond 9 made them sexually aroused.? I thought it was a sales job, but I brushed that off since I dated her in the past.? I reluctantly purchased it.? The results were amazing.? When I walked into my office from lunch, every woman turned to find out what the scent was.? They absolutely loved it!? I had the same results at happy hour later that evening.? It’s been 4 years and I’ve purchased 2 bottles.? To this day, I have white women who don’t date black men talking to me about Bond 9.? It has separated me from the crowd.

So I have to ask a couple questions.? How many of the female readers notice a man’s cologne when he walks by?? Is there a fragrance that is your favorite?? Is there a fragrance that reminds you of someone?

    My last BF wore about six different scents depending on his mood (which should have been a big clue right there: hello! moody!)but the one I liked most was Jaipur (pour homme). It has a sandlewood base with floral top notes--exotic, unusual, can put you halfway across the globe if you close your eyes and inhale. I don't recall ever smelling it on another guy.

    Whoever said colognes can vary widely depending on who wears them is so right. I bought a bottle of Yves St. Laurent Paris after smelling it on a famous ballet dancer I worked with once. After about an hour on me, it totally pickled--not the effect I was going for. You have to try any cologne on the scent strip, then try in on your skin and let it sit for a while. It gives overenthusiastic top notes a chance to evaporate and let the middle and base notes come through and react with your personal body chemistry.

    Finding a cologne that works with your body chemistry is very important. I have met people who can take a great fragrance and turn it into a mist of poison.

We won't be having fun for long as I begin the highly unattractive practice of seeking tissue and Benadryl. Having said that, I still love and am aroused by just the right scent. Some years ago, a friend of mine was wearing something that was sending me over the top. As in, I was saying, OMG come here and what are you wearing. What was it? BRUT! I don't claim to have refined tastes....

  • I'm really weird on this one... but I like a man's natural smell. This turns me on more than anything: a man's real smell, when he walks up to me, close. Without any artificial smell. Whoa.

  • This is one of the easiest secrets about dating that I truly wish more men knew. Sexy clean man smell is totally hot, and cologne is part of that.

    Having said that I don't really have favorites. I find that it really is a mixture of the scent and the man it's on. What smells great on one guy can be hideous on another. That's why I never try to get a man to wear a certain cologne for me. I usually just love whatever they wear.

    No matter how you cut it, smell is a huge attraction factor. HUGE. Take a little care with it and the women will always notice.

  • I have no idea why they don't remember the fragrance. I remember putting it on when I was 14 yrs old. I wanted to get dressed up and smell good when I went out.

    Just the smell of a great fragrance on a guy will make a woman say hi. ;)

  • I'm a big fan and have had sexcellent feedback with CK One. I've been using that for like 8 years. You've got me fired up to try these others though.

    For the last half-year, I've been going sans cologne and rocking my natural man scent. I've received good compliments there also, and I know some people that swear by it.

  • The only bitch I have about CK One is the popularity of it. There are times when it seems like every guy is wearing it. But that's a good pick.
  • Any cologne on a lover would have to extremely subtle, almost not there at all. However, someone walking by, from that distance there are scents I like, but close up, my nose can't take scents unless the natural scent of the lover....bed sheet reminders are nice too. xo
  • The secret to a good fragrance is not to bathe in it. It needs to be just enough to tease the nose. That always brings a woman closer.

    Mr Sexy had something on when I saw him that was totally different to anything I have ever smelt before - wasnt the usual guy cologne but was HOT!!!!!!!!!!
