We are officially in the midst of the 2008 Christmas season.? Everyone is shopping for gifts, going to parties, and visiting family.? I’ve decided to to do a couple special things this year.? I’m going to need your help on a few of these to make them a success.? In normal IDW fashion, I want to feature Christmas dinner menus from different cultures.
In the next couple weeks, IDW will feature traditional Christmas menus from the Jewish, Afro-American, The American Redneck, Brazilian, and Vietnamese culture.? If you would like to have your culture featured, make sure you contact me.? I’ll be happy to add more to my list of featured menus.
I’m also going to list a few new blogs that I’m enjoying right now.? Of course the topics vary, but they make me smile every day.
Singlemommyhood – My friend Rachel Sarah at Singlemomseeking has teamed up with Dr. Leah Klungness (psychologist and single mom).? I’m sure the single moms will enjoy their blog.
River City Romance -? Teacia has finally unleashed her comedic dating life.? I have to admit that I laugh hard enough to cry a couple times.? I think I might have to travel to Florida so I can just witness this for myself.
Afro Brasil America – Marques has done something that I rarely see.? He writes in two languages.? Marques is in a interracial relationship with a Brazilian beauty.? I have to applaud him for taking his blog to a very unique niche market on two different continents.? He’s a little behind right now, since he just got home from spending a few weeks in South America.
The Daily Redhead -? The name says it all.? But in case you don’t know, you might realize that this local blogger has plenty of unique content.
