I knew I liked the guy, but I figured we would probably end up just friends. However, four hours flew by over drinks, and we were clearly attracted to each other. At the end of the date, he said, "Would you like to get together tomorrow night?"I just about fell over. I wanted to say, "Are you aware tomorrow night is New Year's Eve? Dude! The pressure!" Instead, though, I just smiled and said, "I'd love to--gimme a call."So what do you think? I don't really feel any kind of relationship advancement implications, since it will only be our second date. But it's still New Year's Eve, as you say, a no date night.P.S. I have greatly enjoyed your blog this year--thanks! I look forward to the coming year. BTW, I looked through some of the archived posts and couldn't find out what happened with LisaQ.
